I’m Ruth,
I am a mum of two gorgeous girls so it’s hard to carve out time for myself… most days!
In my previous life I had a surprisingly successful corporate career (surprising in the fact that I never saw myself as a corporate person), but realised this wasn’t my path.
I am a recovering control freak… If they had a ‘control freaks anonymous’ I would certainly have been one of their founding members!
Throughout all this, I’ve struggled with insecurities and anxiety;
never feeling good enough, comparing myself to others, feeling small and seeing myself as a ‘self professed’ introvert.
In the past I stopped myself from engaging in life, grabbing new opportunities, connecting with people, making friends, living life fully and kept myself playing small.
If you can relate to any of this, what I now know is that there is an easier way to life.
A way that allows me to grab hold of new opportunities, to enjoy going out, have ease in making friends, to step into the unknown with both feet and to know that no matter what the circumstances, no matter what life may throw at me, I will be alright.
And that is the understanding that I share in The Nature of Thought.
Here, we discuss the true nature of thought, how life appears to us and identify what is holding us back.
We learn about the inside out nature of life and how to reduce stress, anxiety and insecurity.
Through this understanding we will have greater peace of mind.
We will become more creative and productive.
Have more intimate and loving relationships.
Parent from a place of ease and humour.
I very much look forward to connecting with each of you as we journey together through the true nature of thought,
With much Love
Ruth
