An introductory program exploring where our true experience of life comes from and in so doing freeing us from insecurity, anxiety, and stress
This 6 week program has been created as an essential building block to life.
In order for us to navigate all that life brings, it is important to know where and how our experience of life is created.
The short answer is that it is only ever an inside out job.
Without this understanding, we feel trapped or dictated by outside circumstances.
This program will point you to the inside out nature of our experience;
It has a different approach to what we may find in many other courses as it does not point to any specific skills and techniques.
The essence of this program is pointing you inside of yourself, to your own innate wisdom, your own innate health, your own innate wellbeing.
We all have innate wisdom inside of us, we were born this way, for some us we have just forgotten it is there.

FAQ’s
Will I only have access for the duration of the program?
A: You will have access for as long as the Nature of Thought is running and I do not see it going anywhere anytime soon.
What if I miss a week, will I still be able to access the content?
A: The beauty of this program is that you can devour it at your own pace. The material will be available to you for as long as the Nature of Thought will be running.
What if I miss one of the weekly calls, how will I be able to catch up?
A: Everything will be recorded, including the Thursday night calls. An email will be sent to you with the recordings the day after they take place.
Why is this program different?
A: Unlike many programs, the nature of thought points to where and how we experience life, before any discussions around the content of our experience.
Why would it work for me when other approaches haven’t?
A: Like you, I have tried many modalities to manage my insecurity, anxiety and stress. Before I came into this understanding some of the solutions I found worked.. for a while and then they didn’t. Nothing has impacted the ease and calm that I now navigate life as much as understanding the work of Sydney Banks and the Three Principles.
